A short tour of the house
Perched on the cliffs of the Rincon, the house opens room by room to the sea. Here is where we would begin.

A 7-person jacuzzi hangs on the cliffs over the breaking waves. Beside it, a small open-air massage palapa and a private sun deck face the Bay of Careyes.

Large living and dining palapas open onto terraces over the pool and the sea. Meals are prepared by the house chef and served wherever the breeze is best.
The view from the rooftopThe view from the rooftop runs over palms and bougainvillea to a shaded terrace with loungers, the pool, and the rocks in the sea below.
How the house connects, from the lawn to the upper rooms.

Golden hour
A 7-person jacuzzi suspended over the water, where the swell breaks on the rocks below and the sky begins to warm.
The terraces, the palapas and the cliff are the setting. The people who keep the house are what make a stay feel effortless. Scroll the day from morning to night.
An illustrative day, shaped around your own
Before you surface, the house team has been at work. The pool terrace is swept and set for the day, and the first light reaches it with nobody else in sight.

Mid-morning, an open-air massage palapa looks out over the Pacific. Come down when you like and let the surf do the rest.

Lunch is served under the palapa, with the living and dining areas open to terraces over the pool and sea. What lands on the table is a conversation between you and the kitchen.

Across the bay, an island beach is set for the afternoon. Bring a drink, kick off your shoes and stay as long as the day allows.

Sunset
The sun drops behind the rocks off the point. The water goes quiet. Someone brings out the first drinks.

Candlelight
After dark the palapa glows amber and the terraces fall quiet. Dinner is cooked by your chef and served wherever the evening wants to be.
Last light
Candles along the pool’s edge, and the rock beyond catching the last of the light on the surf. Nothing else is needed.

Dinner
Blue-and-white plates on red placemats, a bowl of flowers and small candles at the centre of the round table.
Dining
The palapa dining room is where guests usually gather for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The chef cooks and the houseman sets and serves, and meals are customizable: the table can go wherever you like.

Tables can be set up anywhere on the propertyBy the pool · on the beach · on the terraces · on the rooftop · in the garden · outside the palapa
Special setups, such as the beach dinner and the long table by the pool, are available on request. Please tell the staff in advance, so the table, the lighting and the kitchen can be ready for you.

The kitchen
Casa Las Gemelas has a classically trained chef, who cooks for your party and plates at the palapa.
After dark
In the evening the table is set at the palapa with candles and flowers, and the chef cooks dinner for the house.

Celebrations
Gatherings spill across the cliff garden, with palms, bougainvillea and the Pacific beyond.

The outdoor cinema
End the day the way it began, without going anywhere. The house has an outdoor “movie theater” for evenings under the open sky, with the rooftop garden’s fire pit and sitting area close by for before and after.
